WATCH: This 15-Cent Burger Promo Caused Stampede & Chaos In Malls

Is it really worth losing your mind over?

  • Thousands of people went ballistic early Monday, August 28, 2017 due to a burger joint’s promo.

  • In celebration of their 8th anniversary, Zark’s Burger, a popular food chain in the Philippines, offered to slash their trademark burger’s original price by 95% for its first 80 customers.

  • So from $2.90 original price, the store was selling it for only 15 cents (8php).

It is a one-day only promotion valid across Zark’s 29 branches nationwide.

But guys take note: the promo was only for its FIRST 80 CUSTOMERS!

Not even 800. It’s just 80!

So imagine the chaos when thousands of hungry people showed up to get their hands on the deal!

It was a total pandemonium – people screaming, shoving, pushing and even punching each other all for a 15-cent burger.

Some people even climbed the railings for a chance to get their burgers.

It was a sad and scary scene because of its potential danger especially for children.

So I think, next time you want to take advantage of a good deal like this one, try not to bring your kids with you or at least ask yourself if it is really worth losing your mind over.

Here’s a video compilation of the hungry mobs getting their hands on the deal in various malls.
