A helicopter carrying two government officials made an emergency landing in a farm in Balanga, Bataan.
In a news written by Inquirer on September 22, Friday, Bataan Gov. Albert Garcia and Hermosa town mayor Antonio Joseph Inton made an emergency landing at the Earthfield Subdivision in Tuyo village. The subdivision is 3 kilometers away from the helipad at the police headquarters in Camp Tolentino. According to Sr. Insp. Jenny Cruz, spokesperson of Balanga Police, the incident has happened at 9:50 in the morning.
Garcia and Inton were-on board a helicopter with a registry number of RP 5148, and was piloted by the town mayor. Mayor Inton said that the helicopter suffered from engine failure, so he decided to make an emergency landing.
Fortunately, the two official remained unscathed from the recent incident.
