Kris Aquino Calls Out Mocha Uson After Posting A Video Of Her Father

Kris Aquino breaks her silence after Mocha Uson posted a video containing her father.

  • The kiss between President Duterte and the Filipino woman during the president’s official visit in Seoul, South Korea became controversial.

  • The president was heavily criticised not only by Filipinos but also people from foreign countries.

  • After ASEC Uson aired her opinion about the controversy, Kris Aquino answered her back.

The recent official visit of President Duterte in Seoul, South Korea to check on the Overseas Filipino Workers’ situations in the country caused controversies and mixed reactions among Filipinos. The president was heavily criticised for kissing the lips of a Filipino woman in front of hundreds of Filipino workers.

After the said incident caused several reactions from Filipinos, especially social media users, Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque said that there is nothing immoral with President Duterte kissing the married woman in public since the woman herself did not complain about it. Roque also revealed that the woman volunteered and was very proud of the experience.

The woman volunteered and the woman said she was very proud of that experience. If she’s not complaining, I don’t think anyone else should. The President, of course, has had a policy of doing what he does because he does things the way he does things. If some people are offended, so be it.

Amidst the controversial kissing scene, Mocha Uson, the current ASEC of the Presidential Communications Operations Office, aired her opinion a few days ago. She reposted a video created by President Duterte’s fan showing two sides of the story: the scene involving President Duterte as well as Ninoy Aquino.

The scene showed former Senator Aquino being kissed by two women a few moments before his death. The video earned mixed reactions from people. Some expressed that they are agreeing with ASEC Uson while there are some who differentiate the difference between the intentional and unintentional kiss.

This video caught the eyes of Ninoy Aquino’s daughter, Kris Aquino. It touched a soft spot in Kris’ heart, especially since the video reminded her of her father and mother’s sacrifices.

According to Kris, the video reminded her of the hurt and jealousy they felt since the two women in the video were able to kiss their father before he died. She also called out Uson for continuously disrespecting her mother, who already passed away. Her mother who loved her endlessly despite all the misgivings and mistakes she had in life.

Kris also urged Uson to target her instead of her parents.

Kung may gusto kang punching bag, please ako na lang. Kasi buhay ako, kaya kitang sagutin. At hindi kita uurungan.
