It’s official: “Private Islands: Philippines” of the Emmy-Award Winning American television series, Private Islands, hosted by the famous Christina Cindrich, has already an airdate.

“Private Islands: Philippines has an airdate!!! Saturday, August 22 at 10:30pm EST / 7:30 DST on AWE!” says the Official Page of Christina Cindrich on Facebook.

“In the middle of the South Pacific Ocean, along the Ring of Fire, is the second largest archipelago in the world,” the trailer says. “With over 7,000 individual islands and a spread of screensaver-perfect backdrops — from dreamy tropical beaches and smouldering volcanoes to a bustling metropolis — the Philippines is one of south-east Asia’s most exotic getaways.”

The said episode will specifically feature El Nido Resorts, Donsol Eco Tour as well as other parts of El Nido in Palawan.

Palawan is dubbed as one of the most pristine and majestic islands of the world. In fact, its Subterranean River National Park, located in Puerto Princesa, is deemed as one of the New 7 Wonders of the World.

Every year, the island of Palawan entertains thousands of tourists from all over the world as it boasts of fine and breathtaking landscapes.

“Woohoo! Can’t wait! I haven’t been back to the islands since ’94! Hoping to go back next year and it’ll be my first time to visit El Nido!” one Facebook commenter, Kristine Marie, says, referring to the posted trailer of the Private Islands episode.
