Look who’s back on the X Factor UK 2017 competition: Alisah Bonaobra.
The superstar hopeful proved that she indeed have nine lives after she won a place in the competition’s live show for the Girls category.
After the emotional eliminations in the Judges’ Houses, Alisah was dropped after not getting a spot in Sharon’s choices.
How did Alisah Bonaobra Manage to Grab a Spot in the Live Shows?
Her road was not a smooth one: It was a rocky road with a lot of bumps and turns.
During the Bootcamp, she was told that she will not move further to the next stage of X Factor UK. Instead of leaving the stage, Alisah proved that she is not taking a “no” for an answer.
She instead begged the judges to give her another shot. Alisah gave her own rending of Mariah Carey’s We Belong Together that does not only give moved her to the next level but also left the judges and the audiences shocked and surprised on how powerful her voice is.
During the Judges House competition, Sharon Osbourne turned her down and told her that her performance was not outstanding.
“I’m literally the comeback queen because it’s like a Six Chair Challenge, I really fought hard, just to go through.”
The People Believed in Her
With the love of the Brits and her fellow Filipinos, it is not a surprise that Alisah won the Girls category wildcard. She will move to the live shows to again fight for her right for the throne.
“My mom just told me, if you believe in yourself, the people around you will also believe in you.”
Alisah performed a gravity-defying performance of “This is My Now” by Jordin Sparks which left all the judges speechless.
