No matter how hard or bad you think your life is, when you try to open your mind, you’ll see that there’s so much to be thankful for. It’s always good to stay strong and never let our down moments get the best of us.
Ann Trachtenberg joked that she wanted to be escorted by a marching band on her final chemotherapy treatment. Her niece actually considered the idea and contacted the Badger Band, the University of Wisconsin Marching Band. As Ann stepped out of the UW Carbone Cancer Center, she was met and surprised at the door by the performing marching band. It was an overwhelming moment for everyone, most especially for Ann who had just begun her fight towards becoming a cancer survivor.
