Get away in style and indulgence with Okada Manila’s new luxury villas
Manila, Philippines — If you wish to stay in this hotel and resort in Manila, you really need to have a lot of money. Specifically, you need to fork out P800,000 to P1 million if you wish to stay in one of their luxury villas for a night.

Yes, you heard it right. That’s absolutely a hefty price.
You can find these luxurious hotel rooms in Okada Manila. The company has just launched these luxury villas.
What’s Inside Each Villa
So, how come these luxury villas carry an expensive price? Well, each villa, which has an area of 1,400 square meters, is fitted with five bedrooms. This means you can bring with you your whole family and enjoy the villas’ amenities. Each villa touts a humongous outdoor space with a jet tub and a pool. Its dining area can accommodate 16 people. It also comes with a gym, spa with sauna, bar, and entertainment room. Plus, its bathrooms are equipped with bathtubs.

That’s not all. Customers are also treated to 24-hour butler service. They are served by a private chef. On top of that, they will have a DigiValet system that makes use of iPad tablets that have the capacity to control the devices of the rooms.
The room’s cabinets, in the meantime, feature crystal handles. The beds tout big padded headboards. Plus, the floors are wrapped with wall-to-wall carpet.

It is worth noting that the butler service can call your chef and have your special menu ready, set your meetings, and even unpack your clothes. Amazing, right?
Also note that despite the hefty price, some of the amenities and services are offered for an extra charge. These services, for example, are not yet included in the rate: free breakfast, spa services, and mini bar.
Julius Santos, director for sales and marketing, said that the furniture and materials used in building the villas were bought abroad.

Good news, since the villas have just been unveiled, you can stay here, according to Santos, for the introductory price of Php 500,000 every night. Note, however, that the reservation of the villas is on a first-come, first-serve basis.
