Manila, Philippines — James Reid and Daniel Padilla’s fans are battling it out on social media regarding the incident that happened last Sunday at the Binibining Pilipinas 2019 Coronation Night held at Smart Araneta Coliseum.
The word war online started when former beauty queen and model Patty Betita had a fangirl moment with the pageant’s judge Daniel Padilla at the event where Gazini Ganados was crowned Miss Universe Philippines.
Patty Betita shared a photo of her with Daniel Padilla and her friends in her private Instagram account.
“The highlight of my night was this moment with @supremo_dp thank you @marinabenipayo & @gladysdduenas for the (photo),” she wrote on the caption.
Her friend commented on her post saying “@pattybetita next time I want @james Reid and @nadine lustre” which Patty commented “Hindi siya friendly!”
The former beauty queen also posted the same photo on her Instagram story with the caption “Btw… Daniel Padilla is much nicer and more accommodating than James Reid #fortherecord”
A fan of Daniel Padilla and Kathryn Bernardo posted the screenshot on her Twitter account with the hashtag #fortherecord.

Fans of James and Nadine or more commonly known as JaDine took to social media to voice out their sentiments on their idols.
James is a good man. One failed photo op cannot change that. Shame on you @pattybetita for giving a chance for others to bash James.
