1. Curaçao – Gabriëla Dos Santos
This year’s number one pick is from Curaçao. Curaçao is a constituent country of the Kingdom of Netherlands. Their representative is an entrepreneur Gabriela Dos Santos who eyes to have the first crown for the country as she became the favorite this year. Her eloquence, elegance, and strong personality already got the Miss Universe vibe.

2. Venezuela – Amanda Dudamel
The second top pick is a fashion designer from a powerhouse country, Venezuela. She became Miss Universe Venezuela in October 2021, which gave her time to prepare for the international stage for more than a year. That time is more than enough for her to be ready to conquer the Universe.

3. Puerto Rico – Ashley Cariño
Third is Ashley Cariño from Puerto Rico. She previously competed in the Miss Universe USA 2021, ranking second runner-up. From a heartbreaking loss last year, South Africa is looking forward to bouncing back this year as they sent Ndavi Nokeri. She is passionate about her advocacy for raising awareness for equal education opportunities. Even before she won Miss Universe South Africa, she had already partnered with various organizations to lessen educational inequality.

8. Colombia – María Fernanda Aristizábal
The 8th on the list is María Fernanda Aristizábal from Colombia. Maria has crowned Miss Colombia in 2019 but was only able to have her international stint this year because of the changes of ownership in the organization. She advocates for mental health. Peru wants to take home their crown this year as they have failed to do so in the last 35 years. Among candidates, Alessia Rovegno became one of the favorite contenders this year. At the age of 19, she started modeling and making her way to reach her dreams. She advocates for social justice and equality. Her strong advocacy, stunning beauty, and charming personality will surely help her to bring home the crown.

15. Italy – Virginia Stablum
Last on the list for the Top 15 prediction is Virginia Stablum of Italy. She is an international model that has worked on some of the best brands, such as Dior Beauty, Shiseido, L’Oreal, and Maybelline. Ever since she was young, she has loved to study languages that pushed her to learn English, German and Spanish. She is also a social media influencer who collaborates yearly with various brands that support women in causes like violence, breast cancer, and financial independence. Will elegance help her to get the Miss Universe crown?
