Davao City’s Latest Attraction Allows you to Walk 60 feet up in the air like a Hamster

Davao City, Philippines — Thrill and adventure seeker will definitely have the best time of their lives in the Eden Nature Park in Davao with the launch of its newest attraction – the SkyWheel.

The SkyWheel, the park’s latest attraction promised a thrilling ride as guests will take control of a wheel like a hamster 60 feet above the ground.

The attraction’s fee costs P200 and guests needed to weigh at least 50 kilos in order to turn the wheel.

In a report by Mindanao Times, Eden Nature Park marketing director Brenda Ocampo said the 200-meter ride will take about 15 minutes.

“Guests only need to roll the wheel by simply treading and pushing the handlebar forward for a distance of 200 meters (round-trip), which takes about 15 minutes,” Ocampo said.

Known for their accommodations, Eden Nature Park also now caters younger generation who wanted thrill and adventure.

“After eco-tourism and agri-tourism, Eden Nature Park is now into adventure tourism to cater to the younger generation,” Ocampo said.
“Eden is a work in progress. We are always on the lookout for better ways to ensure our guests’ memorable stay,” she added.

Eden Nature Park and Resort Davao is also known for its extreme attractions, including Skyrider, their 20-meter high zip line; Skyswing, a swing ride suspended 95 feet from the ground; and Skycycle, a bike on a 60-feet high cable with a distance of 200 meters.

Apart from the extreme rides, the resort is also known with their Butterfly Garden, Rainbow pass, Playground, Hiking Trail, Flower Garden, Lola’s Garden, Deer Park, and Bird Walk to name a few.

They also offer different packages such as Wedding Package, Pictorial Package, Honeymoon Package, Teambuilding Package, and Pool Package.

With the food, the resort offers five dining places such as Vista Restaurant, Cafe Vista, Fishing Village, Fisher’s Grill and Skyview Cafe. Different rooms are also available starting at P4,350.
