Manila, Philippines — Teachers play a significant role in the world. They have the ability to change lives for the better. Today’s children are the leaders of tomorrow, and teachers are critical in shaping today’s youth by inspiring them to go further and dream bigger.

Because it takes a whole lot of patience, courage, dedication to shape young minds, Locally partnered with the Department of Education (DepEd) for a deliciously fruity tribute for World Teacher’s Day last October 5.

This tribute is part of Locally’s initiative to help both teachers and students. As a brand that prides itself in sourcing its flavors from the different regions in the Philippines from sustainable local harvests to develop their healthy fruit beverages, Locally is committed to the growth of Philippine agriculture through supporting Filipino farming communities.

In tandem with this, the brand produced learning modules in partnership with DepEd that shine a light on the importance of local fruits and agriculture. To amplify the learning experience, the brand also created videos that educate children about Filipino fruits and sustainable farming practices, accessed through NutriAsia’s new e-learning platform Homeschool: Masarap Matuto, Masayang Mag-Aral.
