Tesla, and Elon Musk, has almost always been part of news, whether it is through Tesla’s innovations regarding electric cars and their automated functions, or if Musk has any new announcements related to either Tesla or SpaceX.
The Tesla is a popular brand among those that want to use electric power for their travels, and the one other function which is to be able to drive without any interaction from the driver. Unfortunately, there had been accidents involving Tesla and their autopilot function, but the company is still going strong, specially with Musk’s latest reveal.
It’s been known that Tesla was trying to develop their own version of a truck and they had revealed what they call the “Cybertruck.”

From an article written by Endgadget, the truck’s design is not like any other truck that is currently available. Musk said that he took inspiration from James Bond’s car in the movie The Spy Who Loved Me, which is a Lotus Esprit S1. Its body is tough as it can withstand blows from hammers, ball bearings, and a gun, but their “Tesla Armor Glass” shattered when an object was thrown at it, but it didn’t break all the way.
It was also said that it has a towing power of up to 14,000 lbs. and can have three different battery ranges: 250+, 300+, and 500+ miles per charge, and will be compatible to the 250kW charging using Superchargers.

The Cybertruck is now available for pre-ordering, but you’ll need to think carefully as its starting price is $39,900 (but Tesla is willing to take a $100 as downpayment).
Production of the Cybertruck will begin on 2021, while its tri-motor option may start being around 2022.
