DATU BLAH SINSUAT, MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE — MSSD, led by Minister Raissa H. Jajurie, delivered 12 truckloads of food and non-food items for the typhoon-affected internally displaced persons (IDPs) earlier here today, 05 November 2022.

The 565 IDPs staying at Datu Mohammad A. Sinsuat Integrated School are the first batch of beneficiaries here who received assistance from the Ministry. Each family received a relief package comprising 25 kilogram-rice, a family food pack (FFP), a dignity kit, a hygiene kit, a water kit, a cooking kit, and a sleeping kit.
All the affected families in this municipality are set to receive the same relief supplies in coordination with its MLGU and BLGUs.

MSSD provided 2,207 sacks of 25 kilo-rice; 2,207 FFPs; 2,207 dignity kits; 2,207 sleeping kits; 2, 207 cooking kits; 1,066 hygiene kits; and 1,066 water kits with water purification tablets for the said IDPs. Also among the delivered items are donations comprised of 1,400 bottles of 500ml mineral water; 432 pouches of noodles, two sacks of clothes; 3 boxes of canned goods; and 45 bottles of 6.6L of water. All of these were dispatched to the municipal hall at Barangay Pura.

RELIEF AID DISTRIBUTION CONTINUES IN DBS, MAGUINDANAO DEL NORTE
Yesterday, November 7, 2022, 265 displaced families received welfare goods and non-food items from the Ministry of Social Services and Development (MSSD) at Datu sa Biwang Elementary School, Brgy. Matuber, Datu Blah Sinsuat, Maguindanao del Norte.

Each family received 25 kilos of rice, food packs, hygiene kits, and cooking kits.
