Cordillera Administrative Region

  • Benguet – preschool to elementary (public and private), and:

    • Kibungan – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
    • Mankayan – preschool to senior high school (public and private)
    • Tublay – preschool to senior high school (public and private)

Ilocos Region

  • La Union
