BP PILIPINAS INTERCONTINENTAL 2019 EMMA MARY TIGLAO

Emma Mary Tiglao has finally been confirmed as the Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental 2019 during the night of the coronation of Binibining Pilipinas on Sunday 9^th of June. The 24-year old will represent the Philippines in the Miss Intercontinental pageant, taking over the reins from the 2018’s Karen Gallman Won.

Height 

Emma stands 168 cm or 5’9”.

Second Time Charm

This is not the first time Emma Tiglao is competing in the Binibining Pilipinas Intercontinental, having been participated in the 2014 edition as a 19-year old.

Queen of Pageants

Emma Mary Tiglao has also participated in different pageants since her first try in 2014. In 2015, she participated in Miss World Philippines as well as numerous other pageants.

Her Costume Had a Deep Meaning

Many people probably still don’t know the meaning behind her Binibining Pilipinas 2019 coronation night National Costume. Well, here is the truth; the costume was a paying tribute to inmates from Angels City Jail. In her media day, she talked about engaging with the inmates, or persons deprived of liberty (PDL).

Other Prestigious Titles / Special Awards

Apart from Bp Pilipinas Intercontinental title, Emma also won several special awards such as Ms. Ever Bilena Advance 2019, Ms. Pizza Hut 2019 as well as Pitoy Moreno Best in National Costume.

Advocacy

Emma wants to help the less fortunate and abandoned children. She has already contributed to this cause via various charitable organizations in Pampanga. Her aim is to inspire these children to dream big and hope for a better tomorrow.

Religious

Emma Mary Tiglao is one of the few contestants to openly declare that they rely on the higher power to win the crown. In one of her interviews, she revealed that she goes to church and prays hard for the title.

She Wanted Miss Universe Crown

Well, they say you don’t get what you always want. In Emma’s earlier interview posted on Missosology Philippines, she said she wishes to win the Miss Universe crown but later revealed that she would accept any other of the six crowns were it given to her.
